Prices and fee inputs remain in the browser
The calculator performs its settlement arithmetic locally. Purchase price, down payment, mortgage payoff, commission assumption, title quote, document counts and entered transfer taxes are not sent to our event collector. A result is a temporary browser calculation. Printing creates the browser’s print view. If you deliberately copy or share a worksheet link, inspect its contents before sending it to someone else: information included in a link can be seen by the recipient and by services you use to share it.
First-party events measure usage
The site may send an event when a page is viewed, a calculator is used, a source link is opened, a state is selected or a sharing action occurs. The event record includes its time and day, site hostname, page pathname, event category and a bounded label. Attribution can include a referring hostname, a broad acquisition source and medium, template, country code supplied by Cloudflare, a broad mobile or desktop classification and a randomly generated identifier for the current page view. That identifier is held in the page, not a persistent browser cookie. Query strings are removed from stored page paths.
Infrastructure and automated clients
The site is served through Cloudflare. Infrastructure processes network requests to deliver the page and protect its services according to Cloudflare’s policies. Our first-party event handler reads a user-agent string to discard recognized automated traffic, then discards that string; it does not write an IP address or user-agent into the events table. We do not claim this means every infrastructure provider operates without logs. The calculator’s financial input values are separate from the limited event payload described here.
Correction reports are a separate submission
Sending the contact form transmits the page pathname, selected issue category, written message, optional reply email and a hidden anti-spam field. An accepted report is stored in a corrections table with submission time, day and site. The stored record excludes the anti-spam field, IP address and user-agent. Provide a made-up price and document count when reporting arithmetic. Do not attach identification, signed contracts, bank information, loan account numbers or private tax records. The report text is whatever you choose to send, so it can contain sensitive information if you include it.
Choices and external services
You can read and calculate without submitting a correction or providing an email. An optional reply address is used to discuss that report and does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Public source links take you to an agency or other authority with its own privacy rules. The site carries no advertising code and loads no third-party scripts of its own; Cloudflare may add its own web-analytics beacon at the network edge. We do not promise a retention or deletion schedule that has not been implemented. Use the contact channel to ask about a report and avoid resending personal transaction records.
